Chocolate Strawberries

Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than make some chocolate covered strawberries for the people you LOVE. This delicious chocolate ganache recipe is fantastic for a dessert dish at a gathering or sharing a treat with your loved one. We have a slight obsession of pairing it with strawberries to create an absolutely fantastic dessert duo.

Toppings are a must to elevate your recipe! Some suggestions are crushed nuts, crushed Oreos, chopped Reese’s cups, cinnamon sugar, animal cracker cookies or browned coconut flakes. The higher grade of chocolate and butter you choose, the better the taste overall.
