It’s no secret that wholesome ingredients are the best natural source of nutrition. We think these high-quality ingredients also have the best flavor. That’s why when we began making artisan hearth bread in 1997, we made each loaf with flour, water, salt and little else. Although our menu has grown since then, we still use honest ingredients to craft everything we serve.

Do you offer anything gluten-free on your menu?

We cannot guarantee our items to be 100% gluten-free. We are a scratch bakery and we have flour dust in the air that makes it impossible to maintain a gluten-free environment. As a result, everything we serve could come in contact with gluten and other food allergens.

If you have a food allergy, please consult with your healthcare practitioner about which Kneaders products are right for you.
