Social Media Terms & Conditions

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe conducts contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, and/or other giveaways on social media websites including, but not limited to Facebook.com, lnstagram.com, and Twitter.com. These are the official terms and conditions for all promotional offers, unless otherwise stated. Kneaders, hereafter referred to as “Sponsor” may terminate, extend, suspend, or alter any promotion at its sole discretion, unless prohibited by law.

1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to participate or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You must be a member of the social media site in which the promotion is being held. You must enter via the method provided on the social media site within the time frame specifically listed. Void where prohibited.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate, you must be a legal resident of the 50 US states or DC, and at least 13 years of age. Employees, and members of their immediate families or households of sponsors are not eligible to participate and/or win.
3. WINNER SELECTION: Winners are chosen at random. Winners will be contacted by Sponsor representative before being announced publicly. Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize or a new winner will be selected.
4. Should the winner not wish their name to be publicly recognized, winner must respond to the notification message with request within 24 hours.
5. PRIZES/ODDS: The prize value will be declared in the promotional posting. Odds of winning any promotion depend upon the number of entries received for that promotion.
6. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: entrants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, sponsor, Facebook, Twitter, lnstagram and the other social media sites and their respective directors, officers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and representatives [the “released parties”] from and against any claims or liability for any damages, injury or losses [including death] to any person, or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in any promotion conducted by sponsor.
7. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winner or winners of the promotion, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, 871 South Auto Mall Drive, American Fork, UT 84003. Should any winner not want to be included on the list publicly, Sponsor will omit their name from the list.

The Promotions are not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Twitter, lnstagram, and the other Social Media Sites.
