What’s better than a bite-sized breakfast that is quick and easy to make? Using Kneaders Soft Rolls, create the perfect twist on a traditional breakfast that can double as a mid-day sweet treat! These Cinnamon Toast Bites are cute, delicious, and require less than 10 ingredients.
Now the real question is, to dip or not to dip?
Ingredients:
- 1 dozen Kneaders soft rolls
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut 1 dozen Kneaders soft rolls into bite-sized cubes. Bake for 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown and dried through.
- Add 2 sticks of butter to a saucepan and melt over medium.
- Add sugar and ½ cup of water and whisk until sugar has dissolved.
- Once dissolved whisk in all other ingredients. Add syrup and baked bread to a bowl and toss thoroughly.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
