Cranberry & Prosciutto Crostini

This savory, sweet, crostini appetizer is love at first bite, with only 5 ingredients, this might just be the most hassle-free recipe you make all holiday season! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Baguette
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • ⅓ cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

Directions:

  • Cut the baguette into thin slices (about 1/2″) and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool. 
  • Spread each crostini with goat cheese. 
  • Top goat cheese with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Repeat for all crostini. 
  • Finish off by topping crostini with a thinly sliced piece of prosciutto. Option: Garnish with fresh or dried thyme.
