Ingredients:
- 1 Baguette
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 6 ounces goat cheese
- ⅓ cup cranberry sauce
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
Directions:
- Cut the baguette into thin slices (about 1/2″) and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Spread each crostini with goat cheese.
