Ham & Cheese Muffin Quiche with Croutons

These petite breakfast quiches are perfect for breakfast on-the-go, but delicious enough for parties and brunch! With a few savory seasonings, half a dozen eggs, cheese, and Kneaders Asiago Cheese Croutons, you’ll be craving these by morning time. Make ahead for easy re-heating or pop them in the oven right before guests arrive. Your family and friends are sure to love these muffin tin eggs!

Ingredients:

1 cup of Kneaders Asiago Cheese Croutons
1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup of chopped fully cooked ham
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350.
Grease a 12 muffin cup tin with cooking spray.
Divide croutons, cheese and ham amongst each muffin cup.
In a large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until well combined.
Divide egg mixture amongst prepared muffin cups.
Bake mixture until knife is inserted in the center and comes out clean, 15 -20 minutes
Let stand for a few minutes before removing.
Serve warm and enjoy!
