Pull Apart Garlic Bread

Construct the perfect tear-and-share appetizer in just under 30 minutes! This pull apart garlic bread is loaded with butter, herbs, and a wealthy amount of cheese, all baked to crowd-pleasing gooey perfection. With only a few ingredients and a loaf of Kneaders French Country Sourdough, you will have all of your guests swooning over each bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf Kneaders French Country Sourdough bread, unsliced 
  • 14 ounces of monterey jack cheese, shredded or thinly sliced 
  • 1⁄2 cup  butter, melted 
  • 1 – 2 tablespoon  garlic, minced 
  • 1⁄2 cup  green onion, finely diced 
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the bread lengthwise and widthwise without cutting through the bottom crust.
  • Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Stuff the cheese in between the cuts
  • Combine melted butter, garlic, onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the bread.
  • Wrap in foil; place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  • Unwrap the bread and bake for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling.
