More About the Cookbook
Some 25 years ago Gary and Colleen Worthington began their journey together to learn and perfect the art of baking artisan European breads. After many hours working in the kitchen, and studying with world-class bakers, they finally opened their first bakery in Orem Utah, during the fall of 1997. We know this successful bakery today as Kneaders, which has become a local favorite due to its high-quality food and home-like atmosphere.
So join us in celebrating our most famous recipes and read about how we got our start, in our upcoming cookbook, “Kneaders: A Celebration of our Recipes and Memories”. In this cookbook we not only share some of our most beloved recipes but we also share the heartwarming stories of friends and family that have shaped Kneaders into what it is today.
