Ingredients:
1 loaf of Kneaders Baguette
3 Tbsp. minced scallions
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (we prefer avocado or olive oil)
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 avocados, diced or smashed
Directions:
To toast the baguette slices: Place a rack in the upper third of your oven and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spread the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, flip, then brush the other side. Bake until lightly golden, about 13 minutes, flipping the slices half way through. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, combine avocado, seasonings, lime juice, and fresh garlic.
Top the toasted baguette with mashed avocado mixture and sprinkle over desired toppings.
